GooglemyBusiness only shows up when i type in partial business name

Very strange, can someone explain this.

(not real) Example: Business name is: 'Carpets by Steve Mass' website is carpetsbystevemass(dot)com

The googlemybusiness with reviews etc, only comes up when I type in 'Carpets by Steve'

I am verified and everything on google

How do I fix this? Carpets by Steve Mass is an identical match to the Googlemybusiness account/profile, why wouldn't it show? How do I fix this?
