Created my first website. Some questions about SEO.

Hello,

I have created my first website using WIX and I wanted to know what are some of the things I should keep in mind to keep a good SEO score and what exactly does it mean to "optimize content for SEO."

I have no technical background but want to learn how to manage this particular part of my business.
