Looking for a broken backlink automation tool

Is there a broken backlink automation tool that could scan for broken backlinks and automatically send out emails to website owners? Maybe one that could scan my existing urls and then search for oppurunities? Looking to build one in python but wondering if there is already a github project or tool to do so. Preferably a free tool.
