Website generating millions social traffic, less than 1% organic, what to do?

Hello

I have a military contet focused website that generates up to 100k hits per day from social media referral traffic directed from my page. However, the organic end of things (which is more valuable for me) is minimal. I thought the SEO was ok on the website, but apparently not. Only properly launched the website in April, so I assume that plays into it too.

What do you guys think?
