Question about backlinks on a high DA/High traffic site

Lets say I am going to post 2 backlinks on a very high DA (90) high traffic website. Which of the 2 ways below would give me more value out of this

1. have both backlinks be the exact same example (URL)
2. have 1 backlink be URL and the other be (URL / LongTail Keyword)

Just trying to see how can I get the best value and i guess my question is, if its in the same article, will having both Dofollow links the same give me more SEO juice or will it be the same SEO juice as just 1 link and saving the other link for another part of domain.

Any advice greatly appreciated.
