Is this fair SEO or am I getting fished??

Ive been on board with these SEO guys for 2 months. I payed $1500 for the website and $600 monthly for seo maintenance..

Im in a field with low competition (which has been confirmed by multiple seo guys)

Heres why i think they are lazy or fishin:

• we revised my website 3 times after every time i asked if they had all the info i gave them to change and they still missed stuff..and i just found another mistake they missed.

• before i signed on with them i went over what i was looking for as far as SEO performance and they said they could do it..2months later they dont have anywhere in their notes that they said that

• They said they have 4 key words and 5 service areas they could get me in the top 5 in 6 months..This seems weak and from other SEO guys told me they dont price their SEO package off 4 keywords. Also Im 100% sure my competition is low.

I just dont think they are doing a very good job please someone be honest with me im a local small business owner
