Google algorithm update history - technical ones?

Hi Guys!

I'm writing a thesis on AI usage in SEO. I have a chapter on the history of Google and can't really get info on when did Google start looking at technical factors such as pagespeed, page structure (H1 + 2 H2s and so on), image size, stuff like amount of text and so on, just link-focused updates.
