How to name your ecommerce website's category and sub-category?

Hi,

Let's say I'm selling Natural Soap Bars. How should I name my category for better SEO results :

Main category : Exfoliating Soaps

Sub category : Nourishing Soaps

or

​

Main Category : Exfoliating

Sub Category : Nourishing

​

Should I repeat the word "Soap" in my main category and again in my sub category, or not?

I'm talking strictly for SEO results, I know for better UX it may be another answer.
