Is there any way to hide a name on a webpage but still make it show up in search results?

A customer of ours wants to write an article about someone. However, he does not want to show the name of that person in the article (source code is fine, just not visible in the article). At the same time, he does want his article to show up in search results when someone is looking for the name of that person.

(For context: he wants to do an article about someone who discriminates against others but he wants to be careful showing that person's name.)
