Can you see competitors UTM codes?

Hi! I’m doing some market research on competitors who use affiliate marketing & who those affiliates are. I’ve begun digging, but it’s a lot of manual searching and I’m wondering if there’s an easier way for me to do this…

Is it theoretically possible for me to uncover/search for links within the competitor sites that contain “Utm_source=affiliate”? If so, any tips?
