Seeking free tutorial on SEO maximization

I've started a blog website using WordPress version 5.9.3, Astra theme version 3.7.9, and Rank Math SEO. I've got my overall site SEO score up to 84 but feel like it's more random luck than skill on my part. I need a solid overview of the moving parts that drive SEO, not to mention definitions of some of the buzz words.
