Building a curated service marketplace where agencies can easily be recommended subject matter experts to write deeper, original authoritative content that stands out from the competition to help their website well.

Hi,

I figured that I could build a VALIDATED productivized service marketplace - similar to Fiverr but just for just SEO content only.

Currently, I am actually doing market research on building a SEO content marketplace (with a curated service component where you are recommended subject matter experts so you can:

• write deeper content
• plus save time instead of switching between 7-9 Fiverr Gig Pages trying to decide which one to buy from.

These would be the following steps to getting your content completed:

1. You get to the website/app.
2. You quickly answer 3-5 questions. (the onboarding process should be comprehensive as it is concise. This can be subject matter expertise needed; # of words; range of willing to pay per article; # of articles (and if wholesale rate is included); availability (do you need it right now or later); desired content formats (this can include video or graphics)
3. You are sent 3-5 subject matter experts to your e-mail that fits your search criteria.
4. You choose 1 of the recommended 3-5 subject matter experts.
5. You pay but your funds are placed in Escrow until the work is completed. (That way, you can get reimbursed in case the work is not of the quality what you want).
6. The work is delivered to you and you leave a testimonial (you can also leave behind an audio or a video testimonial). The funds are delivered to the subject matter expert.
7. You can also save your chosen subject matter experts to a Saved List so you can quickly reach back with them again.

This is a very rough draft but I wanted to hear HONEST opinions about this.

I am debating:

• Do I just focus on Video SEO?
• Do I build the marketplace within 1-2 months?
• or both?
