Ive heard it doesnt really matter but its an itch i have to scratch.

In ahrefs i have an error for " Canonical URL has no incoming internal links" over 2000 of them. As i understand it these specific links have multiple links to the same page eg mysite.product.pinkflower and mysite.collection.plant.pinkflower and mysite.collection.flowers.pinkflower I know that i could just delete one of the collections but i have important seo for both for different reasons. ideally id like it to only link to the product page but for the life of me I cant find the code that build the link. I've tried multiple times on forums and read other similar problems but I cant find the liquid file where I can edit this. I Have the supply theme.
