Lost Google rankings

WE have a 12 year finance website in third position in 2015 when it was html website for a particular keyword.

After we switched to wordpress the site disappeared in G now around 44th position. We tried old 301 redirects to new pages, improved core vitals and all the seo strategies nothing seems to work.

How do we regain our rankings in 2022?
