Any Website That Can Run a SEO Check on Whole Website to indicate Weak/Strong Articles?

I have many sites, but my largest site was obliterated by Panda in 2011 (was at 1,500 visitors per day and sharply growing, then overnight dropped down to 200 visitors and now around 20 visitors per day). I have about 200 articles on this website and over the years I've gone back and tinkered with some of them, taking down those with thin content, updating some with fresh content, to no avail. I can't seem to get out of this Panda penalty box with this one site, though all my other sites rank well.

Other than simply looking at each article's content and manually checking its rankings in Google, is there any tool/website that can scan my whole site and tell me which pages might be the ones Google Panda hates, so I can therefore remove them? Not just sites that look at content on each page, but that look at inbound links, the quality of those links, and which ones may be flagged as bad links and such. I want to see the whole picture of my site to identify weaknesses.

Back then the SEO strategies every site taught was us to include links in our signatures on forums, write articles for free sites to post on like Ezinearticles and then backlink to our sites, etc. And I have a feeling some of these tactics are what destroyed my site but not sure if it's that or simply weak content. Google seems to love the content on some of my other sites which I did absolutely nothing to build SEO, just wrote articles, so no clue what it could be.
