Yoast Redirect with persistent Variable Strings

Hello,

I am trying to handle some redirects with Yoast. These redirects have google analytic variable strings attached to them, that I need to remain attached to the destination URL. So for example:

/test-page/?utm_source=summer_mailer

Should redirect to:

/test-page-redirect/?utm_source=summer_mailer

How do I achieve this? I've set up a Regex Redirect that catches the strings, but I can't figure out how I reattach the Google Analytic variables to the new URLs with Yoast.
