What would your preffered URL structure for guide pages be?

Im going back and forth on this and would love some feedback.

I work for a company offering a few different services. They don't have much in the way of relevent content around the issues they solve ( so how and why content)

So I'm doing a ton of these pages and I'm unsure whether to put them under 1 main guide page or the relevent service page.

So option one is: Domain/main-guide-page/sub-guide-page

Option two is: Domain/service-page/guide-page

The main guide page would have the most search volume, but the service page is the one we care about most (and still has good SV)

In option 2 the main guide page would be the same level as other guide pages.

Thoughts?
