What will it take to push this site further

I'm currently working on a website www.argosinsure.com since July I've managed to rank this site for several similar keywords that are now ranking top of 2nd page and have gotten to 9th place. I have long informative content I assume maybe more is needed and some decent high DA websites linking back but website still isn't really pushing itself to first page . What should my next approach be?
