Landing My First Website Lead

I know I posted a little while back about the first lead my website has ever actually created and the meeting that was scheduled soon to follow. Well, that meeting happened and honestly, it couldn't have gone any better.

The meeting started with a feeling-out process where I was trying to gauge the client's overall SEO knowledge and understand where he was in the buying process while also getting an idea of his overall vision for his business. About 10 minutes in I started walking him through my process by using his own website and local competition as examples talking about keywords, content, backlinking, and even GMB strategies. He seemed really into it and once I was finished he even asked when we could get started and to send over the first official invoice. Honestly, I normally struggle with my sales process but for some reason, I felt this great chemistry between us when doing the introduction meeting and I'm glad everything went well as a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders once I officially closed the client. Hopefully, things continue this way but I just wanted to keep you guys updated and thank you for all the confidence you guys had in me before ever even in going into the meeting so thanks for believing in me as oftentimes I feel I'm going through this SEO and business stuff alone and it's great to have a community back you.
