False DMCA, create duplicate pages or wait for reinstatement?

95% of pages on my website were removed from Google due to fake DMCA takedown notices by an unknown competitor, adsense ads also stopped on those pages. I have filed counter DMCA notices, but Google says that I will have to wait more than 10 days for the links to be reinstated. I tested creating a few duplicate pages and they immediately started ranking to their previous spots in search.

I am losing thousands of dollars and its making me impatient. Please tell me its a bad idea to duplicate pages before reinstatement.
