Does a blog post on Notion help with SEO?

I'm building a landing page for a SAAS app and want to drive traffic via SEO. For now, I'm planning to use a service like Carrd.com or equivalent for the landing page. If I wanted to publish blog posts on Notion, then publish the notion page and add links on the landing page, would this help me with SEO traffic? Sorry for the newbie question, I'm very new to this.
