Discovered currently not indexed situation

A b2b start-up tech website has around 100ish pages indexed, consisting of blog posts and other company pages; however, 6+ pages/posts are not indexed.

They are currently under "Discovered - currently not indexed" in the Google Search console.

The website is on WP and uses RankMath as the SEO plugin.

I have checked the settings, and everything seems to be ok on the website.

I have requested the index from the google search console but nothing happens, it has been three weeks and everytime I check the URL inspector, the Request Index link is active, however I did request the indexing previously.

1) What am I missing here?

2) Did anyone of you guys face a similar situation and get a solution for indexing some of the pages?
