Disclosing financials

I'm about to start working with an SEO consultant. He sent me some forms to fill out, one of the pages asks questions about my company (how many employees, revenue, profit margin, etc).

I feel like this information has no value to SEO and only serves to tell him what he may be able to get away with charging me in the future. It's not related to my budget as I already prepaid for the consultation we're about to start.

I don't know anything about the SEO industry so I certainly may be missing something.
