Can blocking bots affect Google's Page Experience Report?

Up until 2 weeks ago, Google report that 100% of my pages provided a good experience to visitors. Suddenly it dropped to 50% and now to 27%. To me, the web site is working fine. and GTMetrix reports the web site is working fine too.

Wordfence has a option to block any visitor who attempts to access specified URLs, and I've added approx 30 URLs to that list. The more URLs I've added, the worse the Experience Report has gotten. None of the URLs have ever existed on my site. So I know only bots and hackers are trying to access them.

The problem started around Sept 21. So I know it's not that certificate expiration issue.
