Would misspelled titles still rank and show up on SEO?

I'm running an eCommerce page and I'm thinking of publishing products that would have intentionally misspelled names for cool naming, would it still rank on SEO?

Say all my titles are cxrrot, applxs, cxntaloupe, etc... And all my tags are correct: carrot, apples, cantaloupe...

Would my products still be ranked for the correct words?

I'm experimenting with a branding concept for our store and I am curious to know how this would affect our SEO.
