I had a question if anyone can offer their insights please

Client had https://www.example.com

They built a new site and someone changed the domain url to https://example.com (without www)

6 domains were migrated and redirected to the www version https://www.example.com (for the past three weeks now)

I noticed the difference while auditing and im trying to think if its better to leave as is since Google already started the process of figuring redirects out (for 6 other domains and www to non) or should we switch back to the www version?

Gut is telling me it started the process already and rerouting it back to www would just cause further delay
