Listing the correct page with an EJS app

My site uses EJS to template. All my <meta> tags are in the index page, rather than the partials, one of which is "/our-company."

Currently, Google lists "Our Company", but doesn't list the main page which is accessed by "/."

I don't really want it to list "Our Company", I want the main page to be on top.

What should I do with <meta> and <title> tags so that the correct page is listed in Google?

Also, how soon should I see results from SEO changes I've made on the site?
