How do you manage multiple linkers?

Hi!

Question for those of you who work with multiple linkers (whitehat links only).

How do you make sure they don't try to outreach to the same websites? Or you are allowing this?

I'm planning to give each linker an email address with our domain, it will look pretty stupid to have multiple people reaching to the same website owner. Wouldn't it?

I thought of creating a common spreadsheet where linkers write down their websites for outreach and make sure it doesn't belong to other linkers

I would love to hear your 2 cents about it
