What payment method do you use for backlink purchases?

We started a new linking buying campaign to support our rankings. We find that everyone wants to be paid via PayPal.

Our industry is heavily regulated and we require a W9 for every transaction. We also currently can't pay via PayPal.

As you can imagine this causes a lot of deadends in transactions.

Anyone else run into these issues? If so, how did you work around it?
