Traffic and RPM plummetted the same day SEOPress was installed

Has anyone transitioned from Yoast to SEOPress? On the same day that my web developer did this... my traffic, earnings, RPM all dropped 40%. I'm concerned it has to do with this switch although they swear it should no affect me.

However, they also missed a mistake while installing my SEOPress plugin which was that the code was on my website "twice" and inflating my GA numbers. So it makes me wonder... COULD there be another glitch messing up my ranking/SEO with this switch from Yoast to SEOPress?
