Switching from All-In-One SEO Pack to Rank Math

Hi, guys, I have several sites using All-In-One SEO Pack. I used to really dig it. Now I've noticed it deleting SEO terms at odd times or after updates on random pages. Two questions related to this:

• Has anyone else experienced this and if so why was it happening and is there any solution?
• If I want to switch to Rank Math, can I import settings over?
