Should I accept the spammy key word suggestion edits that I received on google my business?

I have a local cleaning service and I logged onto Google my business to see a bunch of new services offered as suggested edits, including ones that we do not do, and some that we do but are not something people would likely search, such as bed making, mirror cleaning, or vacuuming. Should I accept these edits because the more the merrier or can these spam looking additional services harm my map results?
