Random Increase in Ecomm traffic and Conversions

Hi guys, ive had a random influx of purchases with no root cause on my ecommerce website. Squarespace roots them back to google search but I don't have any more data than that - what is the best way to find the root cause of this business? I do not do ads and nothing has changed besides a few rewordings in meta tags, page names etc.
