Pre/Post Reporting on List of SEO Optimized URLs

Looking for a way to measure the impact of small SEO content optimizations in Google Analytics. Unfortunately, there is no consistent folder structure, and truly is just a list of URLs, but I'd like to track them as a group (June Optimizations for example). "Content Groupings" only work forward so there doesn't seem to be a pre/post opportunity there.

Any Ideas?
