I have acquired the .com version of my domain and need help determining best redirect option.

As mention in the headline. I acquired the .com version of my domain (website currently on .ca). Looking for advice on what route to take out of the options below.

I have outline the following options

Option 1: add .com version as a supported name on the site. So for this option there would be no redirect.

Option 2: redirect .com version to my main .ca version.

Any advice or recommendations would be great!
