How to get and stay on Google News?

Van someone please give me some short guide on how to get to Google News with your articles?

I am eligible for it, but my articles get there extremely rare, and even when they do it is only a few impressions with maybe one or two clicks.

So please advise what you do to get and stay there.

Please if you can everything from the beginning, I have no clue about it.

I have tried to find to google for the answer, but answers are pretty old and vague.
