Help with Schema Markup for Reviews

Hey guys,
I hope this post is in line with the community guidelines.

I am struggling to get our Review Snippets just right, so it will be eligible for Google Search's rich results. Does anyone in here know what I am doing wrong and could explain the issue? :)

The issues that I get are:

• Item does not support reviews
• Missing reviewed item name
• Missing field 'ratingValue'
