Cities with loads of SEOs?

Hi folks,

German/Russian digital nomad who runs a few of his own websites.

I’m looking for cities with strong SEO communities to connect with other website operators and agency owners.

Bali and Chiang Mai are unfortunately hard to access right now. Don’t like the States.

Any other cities worth checking out?

For reference: Currently based in Barcelona, moving to Istanbul in about a month.
