B2B SEO Strategy

My company has hired a freelance SEO consultant. I am tasked to work with him and come up with our SEO Strategy. This is what we have. Looking for input.

My company is a B2B tech company in a niche space in fintech. Our highest volume keywords don't receive more than 200 hits per month. Hence, we are going for general topics of FinTech with the idea of generally raising awareness about the company. These topics will get 500-600 views per month.

High intent keywords are incredibly rare. They usually have 10-20 views per month. We are also writing blogs for those keywords, with the assumption that it'll be very easy to rank there.

We will post 3 blogs per week (12 per month).

In addition, we will do 2 social posts per week and some guest blogs on existing publications to generate dofollow backlinks.

The goals I have set are -

Goal 1 - Raising our monthly organic views from 1300 to 5000 by December end, while checking on these milestones.

  1. Aug end - 1900
  2. Sept end - 2500
  3. Oct end - 3000
  4. Nov end - 4000
  5. Dec end - 5000

Goal 2 - Bringing our conversions through SEO to 4 per month by Nov end.

Goal 3 - Bringing our domain authority up by 4 points by Nov end.

Any input on whether these goals are reasonable, attainable, and trackable?

Any thing else that I should be doing?
