YouTube SEO - What should I ask for from Influencers?

So a content creator with about 1 million subs wants to use my product in his content. I would like his video to rank for a KW related to my product so when people search for Widget X his video comes up.

Is there anything I should ask for with respect to publishing the video? I can't have my KW in the title but are hashtags important? Description?
