SEO for a voiceover guy?

I am new to SEO and offered to possibly help optimize a voiceover guy’s site for free.

He basically has a static website on Squarespace with his demo reels and information. As of right now his site gets basically no traffic other than people he sends the link to.

Most of his current clients come from a single talent agency but honestly he could take on a lot more work elsewhere. From the talent agency, a lot of radio stations hire him to do their voiceover work on a monthly basis. And occasionally he has gotten a few companies gigs for bigger things like commercials.

I’m just wondering if SEO is even worth doing for him. I can’t imagine a lot of random people on Google will be interested. He’s not really the type of guy who will do a $50 voiceover for some random guy or a mom and pop shop
