Review my local SEO Strategy to dominate the area? ( Automotive Industry )

1) Website built on Wordpress, optimized all tags,metas,h1-h2, tried my best to write good content and used RANKMANTH as an SEO plugin. 2) Local Citations on BrightLocal, 75$ for 25 citations 3) PBN Backlinks ( 10 posts ) 4) GMB Optimization, meaning that posting pictures daily, making posts about business, and NAP 5) Sitemap, Search Console and Analytics installed 6) Schema Markup also added.

Now the website has 3 weeks since it's launching, GMB Listing is 3 days new, so I am nowhere near to be found on google but I think it takes at least a month to pick up.

Anything else I should include on my plan? What would be the best way to reach 1st spot on the local pack?
