Personal Blog SEO issues

Hi,

I have a personal website in WordPress and I use the Yoast Seo plugin. The domain name is a shorter version of my own name.

I request help on the following because I want that when someone searches for my name on the search engine, my site should show up. Currently, this is not happening.

1) In the Site title and tagline, should I mention by name? As of now, I have mentioned some keyword search terms in the Site title and tagline, that are in demand, but I don't think even this is working. I know about optimizing blog posts and even site pages for SEO but have never quite understood whether Site title and tagline in WordPress should have keyword-friendly terms or not.

2) I have mentioned my name in the home page description so is this okay?

3) Is it possible to reach a high domain authority for a personal blog with posts on different topics?

I will be thankful if you can suggest any more ideas.
