Local Pack? How to get the number 1 in maps?

I already rank first on the organic search results with my website but I am third on the local pack.

How could I reach 1 ? I post updates, pictures, and photos daily with the right keywords, reviews and everything and still can’t get the number 1 spot.

Any recommendations? Would any backlinks help for the local pack? I haven’t done any
