I would like to know the opinion of you SEO experts about this offer I got from a firm promising to have at least 30 keywords ranked on google page 1 within 3 months

I am a business owner and just launched my website last month. I was looking for ways to improve the SEO of my business. I am currently solo and thus I have to manage everything by myself.

I came across a company promoting software (AI) that promises to rank at least 30 keywords on the first page of Google within 3 months. The software is called "Atrica". I do not want to put the website in here but you can look it up yourself. They do also have some case studies and it seems legit (legit employees, based in Germany, has case studies etc.).

The price is quite "expensive" (9000USD a year).

What is your take on this? To begin with, I do not even know if it would be a huge accomplishment to get 30 keywords ranked on google page 1 since I never set a foot in this area (SEO).

Another option would be just hiring someone to do this for me but I do not know if he would be able to accomplish the same as the software (maybe he could?, but then again I do not know about any metrics in the area of SEO). I guess hiring someone could be quite costly, probably the quintuple of the software.
