I know that Fiverr is full of scammers with fake ratings. I've had success delegating content writing, but when it comes to backlinks it feels like no one can be trusted. Even in Reddit comments I sometimes suspect that there are scammers trying to sell themselves on link building.

I want to clarify that I know that Google does not like to buy links. But I don't want to pay to have links, I want to pay for someone to do the work for me to obtain those links by merit, effort or creativity. You know, white hat techniques like broken links, guest posts, skyscrapers, etc.

Can you think of a way to trust the quality of a link building service without having to pay and wait for unpredictable results? Or is it something that unfortunately we will never be able to delegate?
