How long do suggested results take to change?

Hi all :)

Slightly different post to what you guys are probably used to seeing. I've recently noticed that searching and old alias of mine brings up an old thread on a site I went to when I wasn't feeling too great and it's really embarrassing. I've got the content deleted at source, about 3 weeks ago. It's vanished from Bing and Google, after using their content removal tools. I made the stupid mistake of searching my old alias, plus the name of the thread probably 15-20 times over the course of a week to try and check if DuckDuckGo was removing it and now it's showing up in the autocomplete on the search bar after about a week or so. I'm certain it's not just autofill, as I got a friend in another country to try it. I've set up a macro to do a search on DuckDuckGo with my alias, followed by something else to try and push the offending thread down in the suggested search results (before you press enter). The page itself isn't cached anywhere, but there's a short bit of text below the thread title and it has enough info to identify me from it, just my luck.

What's the optimal way for me to run this macro? I've set it so it searches the alias + term, then waits 5 seconds before clicking the top link (whatever that may be), and then stays on the site for a period of 120-140 seconds before going back twice, to the search bar and then repeating this on an infinite loop with about 10 different search terms (DDG only shows 8 suggested maximum). How long does the autosuggestion normally take to update, and is this going to work do you think? I've calculated that if I left this macro running for a day, it's roughly 30 mins per cycle, so could run 48 cycles per day with each cycle being 1 click on each new alias + term, for a total of 480 clicks/day across 10 search terms.

Just looking for some advice from some people who are more experienced than me.
