How do I forecast rankings and traffic volumes?

I have a client who has a handful of sites and has asked for a analysis/proposal for each.

They want the analysis to focus on the keywords we should target for each brand, opportunity within each brand, actions required, forecast rankings, traffic volumes based on forecast.

Of course I've written a proposal before but nothing like this.

Has anyone produced anything similar or has any recommendations on how to action this?
