I've a customer support saas which is a CMS for a knowledge base software & a widget. Development wise, It's very well done and google is loving the generated content so far and indexing it immediately.

I'm trying to think of some growth hacking ideas, maybe to generate "Knowledge Bases" that I can rank in google and just get brand awareness and traffic that way but it is very hard without running into copyright issues.

One idea I thought of and what I'm doing right now is, I'm writing knowledge bases for open source projects, which I'm getting positive feedback from the owners. (No sales so far, but it's brand awareness)

Do you guys happen to have any ideas how can I extend this?
