Finding SEO expert on Fiverr

Hi everyone. I have a question about SEO on fiverr. I have newly opened shopify store, and I need SEO content for it. I found that guy on fiverr with more than 1k jobs done and 4.9 average rating. I contacted him and he seems reliable. Now, should I let him do SEO for my site or no? I heard a lot about bad experience with SEO done from fiverr and I dont know what to do now. Thanks!
